Please Note
  • Customers should be aware that international imports may require certain materials/documents for customs clearance in some countries.
  • Some documents should be provided by the shipper, and some should be provided by the customer.
  • If goods are returned due to the customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • We can provide a full consumption list and required product certificates upon request.
Return Shipping Fees
  • If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee (cost varies by courier).
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We will also send the correct goods with your next order if possible.
Returnable Items
  • Within 30 days of purchase, returns for quality issues are covered, with the seller paying return shipping costs.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
  • Important: Keep your warranty card safe and return it with the machine if repairs are needed.
Non-Returnable Items
  • We do not accept returns if:
    • The product has been opened.
    • The product is damaged by the customer.
Process & Timelines
  • Our team responds to requests within 24 hours.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will email you within 3 days to arrange an exchange or refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval and credited to the original payment method within 7-15 days.
