Return Policy
Please Note
- Customers should be aware that international imports may require certain materials/documents for customs clearance in some countries.
- Some documents should be provided by the shipper, and some should be provided by the customer.
- If goods are returned due to the customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- We can provide a full consumption list and required product certificates upon request.
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee (cost varies by courier).
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- We will also send the correct goods with your next order if possible.
Returnable Items
- Within 30 days of purchase, returns for quality issues are covered, with the seller paying return shipping costs.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
- Important: Keep your warranty card safe and return it with the machine if repairs are needed.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been opened.
- The product is damaged by the customer.
Process & Timelines
- Our team responds to requests within 24 hours.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will email you within 3 days to arrange an exchange or refund.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval and credited to the original payment method within 7-15 days.
